By downloading, installing, or using AVIAX ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of the App

AVIAX provides: (a) aviation-themed games (Guess the Plane, Which is Faster?, Aviation Quiz); (b) a flight schedule search feature where you can enter origin, destination, and date to view sample flight results; (c) a profile where you can see your username, XP, level, and game statistics. Flight search results are for informational use and may not reflect real-time or bookable flights.

3. Use of the App

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not use the app to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or distribute harmful content. You are responsible for the username you choose and for keeping your device secure so that others cannot access your local data.

4. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by the developer or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the app. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app without permission.

5. Disclaimer

Flight information shown in the app is for entertainment and illustration only and must not be relied upon for actual travel bookings.
